AppSheet account in Workspace

Hi. 

I want to know anyone use Google Workspace AppSheet account. I wonder the AppSheet Core licenses brought by the Workspace account can be used for the public AppSheet users or not.

If not, it is unreasonable that Workspace Appsheet account can only share App to workspace users only. The App owner still need to buy AppSheet licenses through credit card. It's not friendly for business corporate user.

I assume you have an Enterprise Google Workspace account.

No, you can share out of your organization, unless your company set a governance policy that restricts from sharing apps outside of your organization.

I have not met this question before, I wonder if it has ever been.

Normally, each AppSheet account can pick only one plan.

I suggest you contact the Sales team for this question (from Pricing).

Your Google Workspace Partner should be able to bring such informations.

Basically, the App Owner is charged with the number of unique users of the apps that are deployed, depending on the plan you choose.
