AppSheet icon issue with "lockdown" MDM (Mobile Device Management)

We have an extended "Visitor" app that is used to self-register Spa/Gym visitors. An MDM app then restricts users' access to the core Android apps.

However, in the "lockdown" mode we don't see AppSheet icons - BBC News just installed for example works great.

Tech Support ask for the APK (Android Package Kit) which is the file format for applications used on the Android operating system. 

Any ideas?

There are two parts to an AppSheet app. 

1. The device specific container app downloaded from the respective app store
2. The shared web app that runs inside of this AppSheet container - for which you can save to the Home screen as a shortcut.

I would create the shortcut to the app and investigate how you can get the shortcut to appear with the MDM app
