Hi Everyone,
For our technical department we developed a small AppSheet app so the allowance to go to our technical spaces is digitalized.
Before opening a form, the external party should go to a onboarding which contains slides with info regarding safety on our technical spaces. After running through the onboarding, they will get the form.
I've configured it this way:
Home = Card view with all forms > Clicking on the card activates a custom function that opens the view. This is stored in a table called homepage.
Next, user will go to the onboarding. Clicking the "X" here will make you go back to home.
Finishing the onboarding will navigate you to finish view >> Form.
Some extra context about the actions in form:
Form Saved: Go Home (Custom Action that navigates to view in app called "Home")
Finish view: Home
Next up we will run into trouble..
If the user is inside the form and clicks cancel, we are stuck in a loop until the form is filled out..
If not, we go back to onboarding. But, they should be navigated back to home instead.
Is there a way of solving this?
Not many options actually, just open to your imagination
