Approvals Based on Stakeholder Matrix

Has anyone had experience creating Approvals for change requests based on a stakeholder matrix? For a bit of background, we have Knowledge for our institution that can receive a request to update or archive from nearly everyone in the organization. What we want to do with appsheet is have a list of all documents and the stakeholders that need to approve these changes prior to them going into effect. Each document could have anywhere from 3-10 stakeholders that would need to approve the change. From there anytime a request comes in we would want to send automation to each listed stakeholder to approve, reject, inquire for more information. 

I have seen the tiered approvals and the set approvals templates, but this will not be tiered or have the same approvers for every documentation, but the same approver could be listed for multiple documents. Any ideas or modifications to the templates appsheet currently has?

This presents a direct approach for configuration. What might be the possible scenarios? Consider designing templates based on different types of documents, and then initiating the approval process according to the specific type or category of the document.
