Appsheet Android issue

Hi,

This morning my app users are reporting that the android app is crashing(freezing a minute then crash). They cannot use it.

Behaviour: Clear cache and data. Open Appsheet then login. Select app from Gallery. Everything works. Then close app from memory. Open app again then freezes on loading(Starting up message). After that repeat the cycle. Clear cache and data … etc. Works on first run then freezes when closed from memory and opened again.

This happens on Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite all updates to date.

Tried everything for 2 hours now.
-Reset to factory.
-Installed other version of appsheet v15, v14 etc.
-Logged other users on the same tablet.

Nothing works.

On my phone Samsung S21+ all accounts are working properly.

Anyone experiencing this issue?

I’m on Samsung Galaxy Note9, Samsung Galaxy A51, Samsung Galaxy S9 and some other Huawei phones without problems.
BTW, the Mediapad M5 Lite has some years on it’s back and it wasn’t a powerfull device then either. Also take into account the problem with Huawei devices and Google services
