Appsheet Has Stopped

i create an application that used over ten people. i made authority system for log in by username and password. Early the app has deployed and share to user, it does work normally, either in desktop computer or mobile phone. currently, the app has been used around four months. but, after that, the app does not response when used by mobile phone. Syncing procces always fail and the end " Appsheet has stopped".

What is the problem and how fix it ?

You should login to your app creator page, and something will be marked red in there. Maybe post a screenshot from that page too
