Appsheet Licensing Model based on Transaction Usage and Not Named User

I have an application requirement where I need to name/authenticate at least a 1000 users who would use the app at most 15 minutes per month in one session. The Appsheet licensing fees to name a 1000 users are about 100 times higher than what would be feasible for the business case. I would prefer to use Appsheet over an Oracle APEX PWA, but the Appsheet license costs are just a non starter. Have a Look at the pricing model that Google Cloud is using based on usage. I can envision the endless possibilities of this platform, but the licensing cost are a massive boat anchor that you will need to overcome.

I too have an app that would really benefit from this type of pricing model - 400+ potential users, but maybe only 50 actual uses/month.
The per user licensing model is simply too expensive for my client.
