Appsheet - Stuck at Loading Screen

Hello all,

Apparently, one of the users seems to be stuck on the loading screen after logging in to Appsheet.

We tried to delete and reinstall the Appsheet and log in again but the app will be stuck at the loading screen.

The user is currently using Apple iPhone 9 (IOS 11.0.1).

Please advise on this issue. Thank you!
