Appsheet Usage

Hello,

I have a deployed app and my users access to it with the browser link.

But figure in the app usage show only 2 users (me + 1 guest) though I know lots of people are using it.

If anyone knows what's happening (and how to fix it), it would awesome.

A huge thanks in advance for any help.

How is your app configured for sign-in services?  See image

Do your users access the app from different desktop machines?  Or do they go to some common machine to access the app (e.g. a single computer in an office)?

Yes I tired this but it actually not worked. The issue was finally solved by the appsheet technical team (a big thanks to them), and a big thank to you for your message: it is indeed the normal way to solve the issue.
