Appsheet automated email not receive all user

I face a problem.
when I send a email through automation to users then one user not receive email.

but when i send mail through outlook then they receive email. and also when i gave him access as a user then they can access my app. this issue only for one user email!
anyone can tell me what is the issue here?

do you have another way to check where are the issue?

Try creating a simple bot that sends email to only that one user. Test with that. Review both the audit log and the bot monitor to look for problems.
