Appsheet automatically rounding up numbers

Hi everyone, 

I’m new here but have been using appsheet for almost a year now to help generate pdf documents using the automation function. In that document, i have the 18 digits employee serial number that is autofilled in the form. The serial number data is on a separate sheet and I’m using the lookup formula to pull the data.

The problem is, that the last 2 digits in the serial number keeps getting rounded up and so it affects the pdf output. Is there a way for me to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried treating the serial number as characters, not a number?

If the serial number has a decimal point in it, and the target column is a Number column, it will round the number. Try setting the columns to "Text" type instead!
