Appsheet billing confusion never ends

I've tried and tried to understand how to figure out how many users that are currently active and adjust towards that. But I still don't understand how to figure this out.

The report said 42 active users. Which I couldn't see on the appsheet website, but I had to click on a link to get a report emailed it to me.

I then turned down the billing from 49 users to 42, and I immediatly got an alert that I had gone below the real usage which was 50(!) and I had 3 days to fix it, or they press the red button. I then turned it up to 49 again, and the message was gone. What gives!

Seriously Appsheet! This has been going on for years. Do the decent thing and fix this sharade.

I had an issue about billing once. I wrote to Support, and the situation was fixed almost instantly. You may want to give it a try?
