Appsheet data stuck in tablet, do not sync and show change doesn't work

Hello,

I recently experienced issues with many users where the app is fine, has the latest version but data would stuck for days like hundreds of records do not sync. When we tried show change it didn't work either. Is there any best way to solve this without resetting or uninstalling application to avoid data loss?

Have you tried to set the app to Editor > Manage > Deploy > Switch to recovery mode and then sync the device?
