Appsheet not syncing on macbook

Hello Everyone. I developed an app few months ago. 

Apparently it's working perfectly on other devices but it's refusing to sync on Macbook, therefore it has been missing some new functionalities.

Can someone help?

I'll assume you are referring to usage of the actual app and not editing/testing of the app from the AppSheet Editor.

Also, it would be helpful to provide images of the issues you are seeing - error messages, blank screen, Sync in progress but not completing, etc.  "Refusing to sync" could be presented within the app in many different ways.

General suggestions would be:

1.  First try logging out of the user account and logging back in and try the Sync again.  Most times that will work. 
2.  Next step is to clear the browser cache.  There are times when the browser cache doesn't seem to update properly causing unexpected behavior in an app.
3.  If neither above work then please submit to AppSheet support.
