I want to know how to Appsheet's share settings by Apps script .

You need to clarify your question.

If you are referring to Google Scripts, you cannot access AppSheet app settings at all.  You can only access data stored in tables/sheets.  If you have created custom settings in the form of a table then you could access those vis Scripts.  It's just a matter of reading the data out of the sheet and then writing it into another sheet or taking some other appropriate action within the Script.

To find out more on how to do athose things in Scripts, you will need to find a Google App Scripts help forum to ask those questions.
