Hello I'm having trouble fetching apps and creating apps on AppSheet. 

What I should do to resolve this issue?

So now we are using the free version, and we want to keep it that way.

It sounds you have more than 10 users who have used your Prototype app within last 30 day period. When this happens, the system blocks your account, not just this one specific app.

How to resume to use my app deployed.

mail or chat with appsheet support team. I have cleared it through this way.

You have 3 options what you can do by yourself: #1 - Delete the app what is causing this. #2 - Copy the app what is causing this and then delete the original app. And then take care that you don't have more than 10 app users. #3 - Upgrade your account for one month and buy the amount of licenses the app needs.
