Assign a co author

I am about to deploy an app and want to do so under another user. I want to transfer the app to them before deploying but it says I must ask a co author to request the transfer. How do I make someone else the co author and request the transfer?

Would it be better to copy the app to another account rather than transfer? When you transfer the app,  it transfers the app template only, not the data source or files etc

Maybe you can try this one and please try with another app Frist for make sure , already correct or not
