Attach file from Sharepoint without saving back to filestore

Hi! I have a workflow that saves to a Sharepoint directory via a File column. Works fine. At times though, users will save an attachment to the same directory and attach it to the Appsheet record. This is ok as well. But when that record is saved, the attached file will save back to the Sharepoint directory from Appsheet and then I have 2 of the same file. I tried removing the file path and it just creates its own folder. Is there any way to attach a file from Sharepoint to an Appsheet record without it saving it back?

Files or images uploaded via the app can only come from your local device, not from Sharepoint or GDrive, or any other cloud storage. You could perhaps include a URL column in your records, and the users can paste URLs to the existing cloud files.
