Audit logs in BigQuery

Hello,

we have enabled the auto loggin from APpSheet to BIgQUery dataset and we are trying to figure out a way we can track user made changes per row. For example what was the previous state and what was changed by who and when. 

However it seems there is no such information. 

Has anyone faced the same issue?

I am not aware of anything that does that for you automatically.  You would have to build it.
