Authentication Provider Reverts to Google

Feel like this is a something simple I am overlooking. When I try to allow other authentication providers, it's just reverting to google. What am I missing?

Resolved when clearing cache.

I've the same problem and i cant resolve clearing chrome cache or refreshing the page, any ideas?
