Authentication providers & emailadresses

Hi ! 

I am trying to get an overview of what type of domain adresses belong to which authentication provider? Does anyone know this and have worked with users which do have these different authentication providers/emailadresses?

Microsoft - Outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com
Apple -  @icloud.com, @Me.com, and @mac.com

While there may indeed be available somewhere lists of domains officially associated with each authentication provider, also be aware that accounts with a given provider are necessarily limited to those domains. For example, I have an email address that uses the domain of my internet service provider and that email address is my ID for both Apple and Microsoft accounts that I can use to authenticate for AppSheet.
