Automation Email (internal) ending up in Spam folder

We have numerous automation bots running for nearly a year with no problems, but last week I noticed that the automated emails coming to my email address are being moved into Spam folder. Not everyone who received the email had it moved to spam though.

The sender name has been customized, so it is not the default "noreply@appsheet" sender. Also, the emails moved to spam are specifically those that recur every month.

My other team member who experienced the same problem noted that the move to spam began at the same time as me (last week).

Anyone knows what happened and how to avoid this?

This is related to the way your email provider handles spam filters.
Just add "noreply@appsheet.com" to your contact list or mark as a secure sender

Possible some of the recipients don't want the report and mark it as spam as a way to avoid it. Make sure everyone who receives it wants it.
