Automation query

I have 4 tables:-

Sales OrderSales Order DetailsPurchase OrderPurchase Order Details
Order DateSales Order Id (Ref of Sales Order Table)Order Detail Id(Ref of Sales Order Detail Table)Purchase Order Id(Ref of Purchase Order Table)
Sales Order IdOrder Detail Id(Unique Id)Purchase Order Id(Unique Id)Purchase Order Detail Id(Unique Id)
Customer NameProduct NameJobber NameProduct Name
 Qty Qty
 Jobber Name  

Now I want if I submit any Sales Order and then it will automatically fill the Purchase Order Detail Form with the helping of "Sales Order Details Table Jobber Name". I can't use formulas because sometimes I need to fill Purchase Order And Purchase Order Detail Form without Sales Order And Sales Order Detail Form.
