Automation query

Hi everyone, I am having some problem to understand certain query. 

For my project, I want the current stock for every month to be stored in other table to keep track of the past month stock quantity.

Right now, I have two formulas which returns value but one gives an array with comma and another one gives the correct syntax however if I use this way, it is not usable as it uses uniqueID for table A to go to table B but I want table B to store data for every month.

Above is table A. The picture of results is table B. I need some ideas to make the data of the table stored in another table every month by adding new rows instead of using uniqueID  since Table A [part description] wont be updated.
