Hello,

I sent access to user, he couldn't access using Microsoft, he got message that his admin must give him an authorization? icon of "Azure" was showing in the error message. Can you please advise how he can get access?

I never trust MS Azure cloud SQL with Appsheet, as it gives us propblem all the time. Suggestion is to move to Google Cloud MySQL if you really want to reduce your frastration.
