BUG | CSV Export includes blank values in filtered view

I have this scenario:

1. A table is filtered by the user, through the search bar filtering capability. The filter is set to one particular value in one particular column. 
2. The table view is correctly updated showing only the rows containing the selected value in the selected column. All other rows are not displayed, correctly.
3. CSV Download for this view includes the following:
   1. Only the rows containing the selected value in the selected column, excluding all others.
   2. But ALSO all rows with a blank value in the selected column. These blank-value rows were not showing in the filtered views. Only in the downloaded CSV file.

Is anyone encountering a similar issue please?

My quick test a few seconds ago gave me an expected result - just the rows displayed in a table view after applying the system filter.

After Filter applied on Column "c"

CSV downloaded.

Would you please try filling all columns with different values leaving just one or two rows blank for example?

Thanks my friend. Perhaps it gets problematic with big datasets 🤔 I guess I'll contact support then.
