Client advised he has completed the installation of the app which contains scannable fields but he doesn’t see the scan option although I can see it on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9)
Is there something we’re missing? Never had anyone not see the option in the past.
He’s on a Samsung Galaxy S8
it’s probably a long shot here, but any chance his S8 has “camera permissions denied”? e.g. https://www.androidexplained.com/galaxy-s8-app-permissions/
