Barcode: The scan result didn't match any known entries.

Hello,

So i'm in the middle of creating an app that can manage our inventory of certain assets. When i want to add stock and register it by barcode i get this error on the web-based viewer: "The scan result didn't match any known entries."
When i try it on my mobile device i only get a dropdown with the values set in the column.
Is it because im on the free plan that barcode is not supported or something else maybe?

It should not have anything to do with the subscription. It sounds the barcode you are reading doesn't belong to your list and that's why the message is shown.

I just read somewhere that barcode scanning wasn't supported on the free plan.

But if the app is in Prototype mode, it should work.
