Best Google Cloud region for MySQL instance for AppSheet?

I would need MySQL for our needs and for obvious reasons it would be on Google Cloud. But is there a better region for AppSheet for that? Or it does not matter?

Selected region is important using Cloud SQL with Appsheet.
My opinion is to prepare and use an instance of Cloud SQL in the region closest to your app user's location.

The AppSheet server runs on a GoogleCloud instance.
Which region the AppSheet server used by each user is located in will be changed accordingly. The instance in the nearest region seems to be used, but it is not fixed.
