Beyond Frustrated with Customer Support

I am a Appsheet Core User with 60 paid accounts. I have been on Appsheet for over a year. I have inquired on 3 separate occasions for pricing on Appsheet enterprise and details on the benefits. Each time get on a meet with a "customer service rep" (they don't know what customer service is) we go over the requirements then the do not reply with any additional information.. 

Is anyone using enterprise? How is their support? If anyone from appsheet that is a manager is viewing this I would love to be contacted regarding this matter.
