Big Problems Loosing Data

There is a big problem with AppSheet loosing data (Android AND iOS).

I have tracked it down to the following scenarios

Scenario A

1 Enter data, but you are offline. The sync button shows 2 record waiting to be synced.

2. Move to a location with better online coverage.

3. The sync clears and does not show any records waiting to be synced.

4. The records have then disappeared.

Scenario B

1 Turn off internet

2. Enter data, while you are offline. The sync button shows 2 record waiting to be synced.

2.Turn on internet

3. The sync does NOT resume automatically

Have you done more testing around this?

Are you sure you don't see the data on the dataset?

What about recovery mode, is it active for some reason?

It is as if the local storage is cleared.

The images taken are on the device howver.

How many people is having this problem? Seems like a config on each cellphone.
I know it's not the answer but I'm trying to understand.
