How to create a “working time” booking system for staff

Want to come to work when I only need one person...
I created a “Vacations” page to inform people of the needs I have
And I created a "Validation" page in which I would put on a schedule the names of people who will come to work
To date, I therefore have the possibility through a Key system to ensure that people can register their first name etc etc etc.
But when Key 1 (for example) is used, no one else can reserve this Key
Can you help me ?
