Bot - Run Data Action

I have a Bot set up to make a call to an API then update a column field with the results via Run Data Action process. However, the Set these column(s) area doesn't display all the fields of the table, specifically, the field I am looking to update. I have assigned another field to test the Bot and it is working correctly. I just can't locate the correct field. I am looking for a field called Email Deliverable.

Any chance the column is set as hidden or is not editable?

That was it. It wasn't set to editable. I thought I had checked that before I posted. Thanks!
