Bot not working properly.

Today my bot is not working properly. I have an automation that waits for 5 minutes and then it sends the email with some information.

But I don't know why today all my Bit status are pending. Any clue?

I don't have any condition. the only thing is that the app waits for a bit and then triggers the email.

I'm trying to trigger the email automatically by using a different method. I want to create an action that writes down the word "yes" in my column. The thing is that after saving something nothing happens. What could be wrong?

From what I gathered from the developer. it would seem this might be a bug. Please engage Support and ask them to assign your case to the server run-time queue.
