Bot runs all processes before email generates but not "Grouped" actions after email

I have a multi process bot where all processes run except for Grouped actions of which I have 3.  Here is an example of the process condition along with the process screens.  Are bots unable to process Grouped actions? What else could keep these from triggering?

Any updates on this? I'm experiencing the same issue, Group Action won't run as a group, only the first action of the the Grouped Action. However, the Grouped Action works with a button
