does anyone knows why Workflow is not working? it doesn’t allow me to create a new workflow

Steve, can you give me a hand here?

In the form where data is collected to create the PDF all info looks good, the items (e.g. products) (from a ref table “is a part of”) apear with their label (photo and name).
But once the PDF is generated is pulling the Product ID

I need the PDF to also bring the product name or else it is useless
What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried something like [Product id].[Name]
I don’t know what your real column names are.
