Branded Android app submission error

When trying to upload a new Bundle version of the Android branded app, I get this message from the Google Play Console:

How can I change it to the same certificate I used in the previously submitted version?

When I download instead the apk, it says that the version 1 has already been used. How to I manually update the app version number when generating the branded android app?
