Bug? Action button off the grid in web browser at full screen with a filter

What is the view % set at? Could it be > 100%?

If not, then I do consider this a bug. It would appear from your images, that field information above is pushing the button down. Button placement should not be affected by details within the page body, IMHO.

In detail view. With whatever resolution is happening (50%, 80%, 100%, 120% etc)
