Bug auto created blank rows of childtable after added and canceled form on Desktop mode

Hi team Dev 

When you try to add a new row for the now for parent table or edit the row of the parent row, after that you add a new form for the child table and cancel without saving, a new blank row be auto-added in the inline table so you can not save the parent form.

Add a new row or edit form of parent tableA new blank row aut to created after Added a new row for child table and canceled withou savedYou can not save the form of the parent table
I have tried this with mobile view and old desktop mode but this bug doesn't appear.

Please recheck and fix this bug asap.
