hello , I need to create a calendar with a different view , and that I can check the employees work week and uncheck it . The normal calendar is not working for this

It's not completely clear what abilities you want from a Calendar view.

I can tell you this, the Calendar view native to AppSheet is very basic.  AppSheet does have the ability to integrate with Google Calendar.

hello, the format that the customer would like in the column would already have the names of the employees in the lines and other columns to mark the days that each employee will work

The type of view you have illustrated in the original post - Employees stacked in lines - is not possible as presented.
