Calendar event added at wrong time?

I don't know if this is an issue or I am stupid but,

 

I have a calendar that I created and an AppSheet app with a bot that adds to that calendar, my only problem is that when I add the event, it gets created but ahead of time? I am in GMT+5:30 but when I add an event around 7:15 my time it gets added to the calendar around 12 something?
