I want to create an app, to create and manage tracking codes used in marketing campaign.

In a form link interface user selects attributes for the campaign > Application creates a field concatenating the attributes selected in the form > A unique id is created by the app to maintain history > Some attributes could be edited.

I have tried AppSheets as well as Microsoft PowerApps, however not sure if its doable 100%.
