Can not be converted to Type Enum

Hi I got this error when I add new row from a table, on app user interface

I select one of the dropdown from [Client type]. And It have this error.

I have the following column set up: [image] With this ‘Suggested_Values’ formula: [image] When saving the data, I get a stacked up queue and try to force refresh the data which results in this error: [image] Hoping someone has a solution for me.
