Can't Figure Out Paperless Form App

Ok, I’m looking at App Sheet’s Paperless Form Sample App. I can’t figure out where to edit the “Pre-trip walkthrough” line at the top of the form. Where is that text in the form? I’ve looked everywhere - in the forms, behavior, data, etc. Also, where’s the text “Please list all damages to the bus BEFORE EVENT starts …”
