Can't display image

Hi guys, I am very new to AppSheet and now stuck at displaying image in my apps. 
I would like to have the apps load the image from my datasource, but not directly uploading photo in the apps(it work fine though). 
In my datasource, I have insert the image URL (I've set access to people with the link)  in the 'image' column which is a image saved in my google drive and I set the data type as image in AppSheet.
but it can't display the image as following. not sure If there's some setting I'm missing. 

the image URL is something like:  https://drive.google.com/..................drive_link 
and it's a jpeg file.

what I've got is just a warning icon.

Hi !

Try to use an export format URL, you can use this converter .

Example :  https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=4BrDh82g9wY28Y4Cqn0f

I have used the above converter to get the image/thumbnail to show up. It works great on the desktop version but when I use the app on my phone I still get the warning icon. Any thoughts as to why this might be happening?
