Can't exit add table page on co-authored app

Cant exit the add table page on a co-authored app. There is no X and any clicking around has not yielded a way to exit this page. In addition we no longer are able to see our team sources on co-authored apps? Is anyone else having these issues?

They already escalated the can’t see team sources to engineering. Wanted to see if this was unique to us. The other is in “we’re investigating”. Hope the fix is as fast as the response cause this is pretty unfortunate and means you can’t add tables to co-authored apps.
