Can you please assist me, I am unable to access the App, the Error Screenshot is attached below. I have made changes to my billing plan now too.
Is there anything that i am missing now???
Normally it takes 15โฆ20 minutes to update your account. Are you still seeing this behavior?

It appears that you are on the wrong plan based on the features you are using in your application.
If you go to the My Account > App Info pane you will see the problem.
You can either upgrade your billing plan or you can eliminate the features that exceed the capability of your current plan.
