Cannot connect on premise DB

I'm trying to add a new data source to my application. In this case, SQL Express that I have on a Windows 2016 server. However, I cannot make the connection. I understand that before we can use Dream Factory for on-premise databases, but it is no longer enabled

It is worth mentioning that I have added all the IPs indicated by AppSheet in my Firewall (https://support.google.com/appsheet/answer/10104492?hl=en#global) and I have also created a rule for port 1433. I only have an instance
