Cannot copy templates at all recently

I have been unable to copy template apps for the last 24 hours or so.  Has any else had this problem?

P.S. I wrote about this problem in a separate thread about the locale in Google sheets that are copied from one of my template apps:

So far, however, I haven't gotten any confirmation as to whether or not it's just me or if, indeed, template apps cannot be copied now.

The "Copy and Customize"  button doesn't seem to do anything for me either.  I took a "Look under the hood" at a couple of apps.  They are showing as Deployed which places them in Read-Only state.  I wonder if this is why the copy doesn't work?

However, once the app is opened, there is another "Copy app" option.  That one does copy the app as expected.

Thanks for the confirmation.  @Aleksi has responded in the other thread and to my support request, indicating that a fix is on the way.
