Change AppSheet permissions to cloud provider

I built an app that doesnt have anywhere that the usr needs to uplaod a document or uplaod anything. 

I want to turn off that when the user gives permission they do not need to allow "AppSheet read files and folders"

How can i do this?

I believe this prompt is only for the app creator, not the user; since it does need to access folders and files only on the owner's Drive account.
